Fine Books is a production support team. We are not your appointed accountant, tax adviser or statutory auditor. We do not issue audit opinions, file at Companies House, or replace the professionals you appoint. Statutory filings, tax advice and professional sign-off remain with those professionals, unless a written note with you says otherwise.
5. Enquiries and quotes
Sending a form, email, call or WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not an instruction to start paid work. We usually reply with questions or a written quotation. There is no obligation on either side until that quotation (or another written note) is accepted. Fees, software, scope and timing are those set out in that note.

Please do not send us information you are not allowed to share. Treat anything you send as confidential on our side: we use it to reply and, if you later instruct us, to do the work. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.
